Delivery Information

At Catering Equipment Direct, we offer reliable and efficient delivery services across Australia, Monday to Friday during standard business hours. Once your order is dispatched from our supplier warehouses, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Metro areas (Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane): 3–5 business days

  • Major regional cities (Adelaide, Gold Coast, Newcastle, Wollongong): 3–7 business days

  • Perth: 5–10 business days

  • Other remote/regional areas: 7–14 business days

Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on courier capacity and location. In some cases, up to 5 additional business days may be required.

Standard Delivery – Kerbside Drop-Off

All standard deliveries are door-to-door (kerbside) and completed by a single driver to keep delivery costs affordable. This service does not include delivery inside your premises, nor does it allow specific time or day bookings.

If you need extra assistance or more flexible arrangements, please consider our Premium Delivery service below.

Premium Delivery – In-Store Service (Additional Cost)

For businesses that require in-store delivery, we offer a premium option through private couriers. This service includes two-person teams and can accommodate specific needs such as:

  • Inside delivery (into your premises)

  • Packaging removal

  • Removal of old equipment (must be disconnected and drained)

  • Day/time-specific delivery (subject to availability)

Please note: Deliveries to shopping centres or up flights of stairs, or requiring equipment lifted over counters, may need a custom quote. Reach out to us and we’ll help arrange the right service for your setup.

After You Order

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. If there are any changes or issues with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Once the order has been dispatched, your tracking number will be sent to you via email. You’ll be able to monitor the shipment through the courier’s website. We aim to provide a smooth and transparent delivery experience — but if you need any help, we’re here for you.

Courier Services

We work with professional freight carriers such as TNT, StarTrack, Cope Sensitive Freight, AirRoad, and others, depending on your product type and location. Couriers are requested to contact you the day before delivery to provide a delivery window estimate.

Installation & Appliance Removal

If you require installation, setup, or disconnection of existing equipment (e.g., refrigeration, dishwashers, gas appliances), we can connect you with one of our trusted service partners. Simply contact us and we’ll provide a quote based on your requirements.
